    Conditions of your return 

    Returned items must be kept in the original condition and packaging in order to get a full refund. 

    If your items are damaged or faulty please provide full details and clear photos of the damaged or faulty goods.  Please email us within 3 days of recieving your goods and send to kapturedbykage@gmail.com with Damaged/Faulty goods in the subject line. 

    If you fail to message us within a 3day time period you are no longer eligible for a refund.  

    Buyers are responsible for the return postage cost. 

    We do not accept exchanges
